How can we hire you?
Get in touch with us first and let’s engage in a conversation. This is always the first step. We want to learn as much as we can about you, your company, and your project. We will then advice you on your options and possible next steps.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through the Amazon Web Services Marketplace. This is our preferred method of payment and our corporate clients absolutely love it. Everything gets billed directly to their AWS bill, avoiding any bureaucratic friction. We also accept ACH wire payments and Zelle.
Are you able to meet our team in person?
Zoom meetings work very well for the kind of work we do and we have been doing it for more than a decade. If you are willing to cover travel expenses, an onsite visit is always possible.
Do you charge a credit card processing fee?
No. You pay exactly the price that we have agreed to. We will not charge you any processing fees and neither will AWS.
What is a private offer?
This is how Professional Services are sold through the AWS Marketplace. If you have decided to pay via the AWS Marketplace, you will receive a Private Offer from us. Don’t worry, we will guide you.
Do you offer refunds?
We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with our services and will not settle for less. We offer a 100% satisfaction-or-your-money-back guarantee. Some exclusions and limitations may apply.
Are your services taxable?
We do not charge any tax on the services we provide. However, the AWS Marketplace may collect taxes from you based on the jurisdiction you are located in. Any taxes collected will be clearly shown on your invoice.
